Project Trestioara

Trestioara residential complex is located near DN1, about 30 km from Brasov, after Vladeni (in the Valley railway halt Homorod).

The area is relatively flat, most plots have a maximum inclination of 4-5% but there are lots that slope to climb to 10 -12%. The compound is surrounded on three sides by a forest of ancient oak and beech. Lots start at DN1 and continue 2 km, perpendicular to DN1.
